2020 is almost over, what are your plans for 2021?
I could end this year without sharing with you my plans and telling you a bit about my personal and work-related goals.
I decided to close 2020 with something different. I was curious to understand better the digital world, and thanks to my brother, who motivated me, I started with a certification in digital marketing.
You might wonder why? Well, I wanted to understand better how to apply, create and use all these virtual tools that are there within our reach as social media, website, videos etc.
And here I am, with a new challenge, and I’m honest, at first I didn’t know what to expect. You see, I’m from the generation X, and some cyber topics are a real challenge for me. However, I feel happy and motivated; it is opening a new world full of possibilities, unexpected perspectives and ways to do better what I do so that you can have better quality content.

And 2021 is already here. So I ask you: have you started planning your goals? I mean, to write down your purposes, desires, objectives and dreams? As you know, the world changed in a few months, have you been able to adjust to the new routine, get out of your comfort zone? Experimenting, discovering and re-inventing yourself your Virtual Image and the way you communicate?
When you work virtually, do you know if you make an excellent first impression? If your non-verbal communication is lively, dynamic, powerful, and energetic when it comes to transmitting a message.
Knowing the virtual etiquette of corporate presence is a “must” these days. We cannot leave aside our image, and we need to understand that in two to three seconds, we generate our first impressions. So it is challenging to create a second opportunity to give an excellent first impression!

On a personal level, I would like to tell you that in a few weeks (my family and I, this time with only one boy) we will be moving to South Korea to Seoul, which will be the 10th country we are going to, could you imagine this?
Time flies! Let’s finish 2020 learning from the experiences we have gained; everything is valid and serves to grow.
